Job Details
Our software client in the Legal space is looking for a QA Analyst to join their team. This person will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data on revenue/billing systems to implement test plans. They will be working with teams to set up roadmaps and deliver on them to enhance product offerings of this client.

salary: $30 - 50 per hour
work hours: 8am to 4pm
education: Associates
responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze data and work with different teams, including closely with different finance teams, to define business challenges and requirements.
- Design and implement test plans for billing and revenue systems implementation projects.
- Assist in providing post implementation phases hyper-support on billing and revenue systems.
- Gather, analyze, and communicate user challenges to IT leads and other members.
- Drives change planning, communication, and execution.
qualifications:
- Experience level: Experienced
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Education: Associates
